Jon and I, MaryAnn, met in Sociology class in the AB 1 building at Sam Houston State University in Jan. 2000. We will never forget that class for many reasons, but that's where it all began. On July 27, 2002 we were married and we were blessed a few years later on Dec. 15, 2005 with our first born, Addison Stayton Hill and then were blessed with our son, Aiden Steib Hill on November 25, .We are both teachers although I'm temporarily retired to stay home and raise Addison and Aiden. We have the perfect little family of 4 and are blessed by God beyond belief!!!

Tick-a-peet HALLOWEEN

Well we started out this great day with no nap and a slight tee-tee accident at the Mexican food restaurant we ate at with Aunt Mimi and Uncle PawPaw and all of Melissa's group. I wasn't sure we were gonna be up for much more but the night turned out to be super fun. We went to Wal-Mart first (I thought it sounded weird) but Melissa swears by it, and after last night...I swear by it too. We walked around to all of the different departments and they give out candy. Good candy too...not cheap stuff. Addison and the boys had a great time getting to do this. Addison would not let go of her bucket of candy and of course, the sucker in the other hand. We then went to the First Baptist Church Carnival for a while, but decided we'd leave to go visit Nana and PawPaw. She got lots of candy there and then we went home to give out our own candy we had to give out. Overall, the night was great and Addison had a WONDERFUL time. She was really excited to see her bed, though. I thought she'd be on a sugar high, but I think she knew she was going to need her beauty rest.

Here's the little fairy in her costume. She figured out that Halloween might be her very favorite holiday so far (we'll see what she thinks after Christmas). When she figured out that she only had to say "Tick a Peet" to someone and they would give her candy she didn't stop saying it. Here's sucker number 5 or so. If it hadn't been for the suckers, she probably would have wanted to eat all the candy in her bucket. Luckily the suckers took a while to eat.

Here's Addison and Daddy handing out candy to our Many Many trick-er-treaters. The people that Addison gave candy to left loving our house because she'd give them a handful of pixy sticks (which translates to about 10 pixy sticks). She'd get so excited when she got to see a princess, and there were tons of them.

Here's Addison not wanting to pose with Mom. She was way too busy with all of the people coming to get candy. Oh...and of course, her own sucker.

Daddy's so proud of this picture. She took a moment to smile while she was with her Daddy!
