Jon and I, MaryAnn, met in Sociology class in the AB 1 building at Sam Houston State University in Jan. 2000. We will never forget that class for many reasons, but that's where it all began. On July 27, 2002 we were married and we were blessed a few years later on Dec. 15, 2005 with our first born, Addison Stayton Hill and then were blessed with our son, Aiden Steib Hill on November 25, .We are both teachers although I'm temporarily retired to stay home and raise Addison and Aiden. We have the perfect little family of 4 and are blessed by God beyond belief!!!

Santa Claus

When we finally made it to the mall I figured we better get it all done because I'm not sure I want to fight the crowds any closer to Christmas. So, we got our 2 year pictures made and we went to see Santa. I wasn't sure how Addison would take sitting on a strange man's lap so I thought we'd just start off by looking at Santa and see where that went. When Addison saw him she just about jumped out of her stroller. I asked her if she would like to go see him and sit on his lap and she said, "Sure, help me!" Which is what she says if she wants something. (Not yes, or okay, or even sure ....it's always "Sure, help me!") So, at first she seemed a little apprehensive to sit on his lap but he was very distracting and this was not his first 2 year old, it was obvious. So, she sat on his lap and loved it. She was a little upset when we had to leave him, but we walked down the mall and saw Santa again (another Santa) and she go excited all over again. She's probably thinking, "He's everywhere!". We had a great time and she was an excellent picture taker despite the fact that she never wants to take pictures at home. Christmas time is such a great time of year.

An excellent Santa and a perfect angel. This is a picture of a picture so it isn't the best of quality.

She's hiding the 2 so I didn't get this pose, but look at that perfect little face.
