Jon and I, MaryAnn, met in Sociology class in the AB 1 building at Sam Houston State University in Jan. 2000. We will never forget that class for many reasons, but that's where it all began. On July 27, 2002 we were married and we were blessed a few years later on Dec. 15, 2005 with our first born, Addison Stayton Hill and then were blessed with our son, Aiden Steib Hill on November 25, .We are both teachers although I'm temporarily retired to stay home and raise Addison and Aiden. We have the perfect little family of 4 and are blessed by God beyond belief!!!

Concentrating on Aiden

Daddy took Addison for a swim this evening so I was able to concentrate on Aiden. I did a photoshoot with Aiden when he first learned to crawl, but that's been a while and I've done several with Addison. Aiden is the one that is constantly changing and learning new things right now, so I wanted to give him his due attention. Aiden is learning all about the world around him right now. He's recently turned 9 months old and added to the list of words/sounds he says now is NO. He's very cute and shakes his head and says Na Na Na Na..... He also is obsessed with standing. He can get to a standing position without pushing off of something in the middle of the floor. Once he gets there he can stand for about 30 sec. of so (a long time) and then finally plops to his behind. He is getting better at walking with someone holding both of his hands and is getting close to being able to walk holding only one hand. He loves to be upright and I feel like it won't be long before he's doing it alone.

He first gets to a squat position...

then pushes himself up.....

until finally he is standing up on his own. He's really concentrating so I couldn't get him to look.

and then he falls on his behind but it' well padded! :)

as we were outside Aiden decided that he wanted to try to eat the grass

guess it's not so tasty!

my cute boy!

happy to be outside after being cooped up in a stroller/walker all day!

He's trying to catch the imaginery ball. I just know he's gonna either play for the NBA or the NFL....

Way to go, Mom. Keeping it even with the picture taking. He is beautiful, I know, I know he is a boy, but still. His lips look like they have lipstick. Great pictures, MaryAnn.
