Jon and I, MaryAnn, met in Sociology class in the AB 1 building at Sam Houston State University in Jan. 2000. We will never forget that class for many reasons, but that's where it all began. On July 27, 2002 we were married and we were blessed a few years later on Dec. 15, 2005 with our first born, Addison Stayton Hill and then were blessed with our son, Aiden Steib Hill on November 25, .We are both teachers although I'm temporarily retired to stay home and raise Addison and Aiden. We have the perfect little family of 4 and are blessed by God beyond belief!!!

Our Family Trip to Lafayette

It's a four hour trip to Lafayette to see Jon's Mammaw and visit his aunt and cousins. We typically go over Thanksgiving each year, but since baby will be coming during that time, we decided to take a trip early. Addison was great for the first 3 1/2 hours, but eventually, any active 2 year old will get tired of watching movies and sitting in a carseat. "Over the Hedge" is her favorite at the moment. She has just moved on from Cinderella, which really is my preference, but all good things must end, I suppose. Anyway, we made it there on Thursday afternoon and stayed until Sunday. Unfortunately we were so busy having fun I forgot to take a lot of pictures.

Here's Addison on her way to Mam-maw's house. Everything is unimportant when her movie is on!!!

Addison using Mammaw's brush to comb her hair. She loves looking in the mirror and brushing her hair and Mammaw thought this was the greates thing in the world.
Addison and Hunter (her cousin) sliding down the slide. Mammaw close by to save anyone from falling.

They had a big pile of sand and Addison had a ball. We were cleaning up sand for days after this.

Addison, Hunter, and Bubba playing in the rocks. Hunter has it all out at her house. Pools, sand, rocks, slides, swings. Addison had a ball!!!! Mom and Dad did too!

Okay, Addison looks like such a "BIG GIRL", maybe it is because I have seen so much "baby" lately. I can not wait to see y'all and give her a kiss, before she gets any BIGGER.
Looks like your trip was BIG fun!
