Addison just completed her second session of gymnastics at The Little Gym. Thinking back to the first time we went to class until now, it's easy to see how much she's grown (taller), how much smarter she is, and how much braver she is now. I think a lot of it is just normal child development but I do attribute her love of accomplishment and her bravery to what she's been able to do at gymnastics. Now she thinks it's great to jump off of high platforms and doesn't seem as scared to fall as she used to be.

During the last month this was Addison's favorite apparatus. She learned how to begin a spider walk (hands like they are and feet on the parallel bar then she walks herself from one end to the other), do the spider walk, and get off the bars all by herself. We did this over and over again. She's get excited every time.

Here's Addison receiving her second ribbon for being a shining star at gymnastics.
Oh my goodness, is she smiling for the camera? WOW!
